That’s an amazing deal. Does PA have bonded titles where the t-top car could be registered?

If Ohio did I’d be tempted to work a group purchase, but I’d want the t-top car.

Pa you just file for a duplicate, but I’m not 100% sure of the procedue as the form asks for the title number. I’d probably call.

Unfortunately I already know it wouldn’t transfer to Ohio. I’ve had to pass on several great projects due to lack of titles over the last few years. There used to be loopholes that you could use to get things over a certain age registered, but that’s not the case anymore.

Even if you got a duplicate from  PA?

You can with a duplicate but it’s an extra migraine to put it mildly. Has to be done through one of the (VERY few) title offices , not a regular BMV office.
